David boasts an impressive 30-year track record of international experience in the food industry in New Zealand and globally. He has held key positions in business development, innovation management, sales and marketing, and technical support throughout his career.

Most recently David has been the CEO of Plant & Food Research and has rejoined the KBC Board as the independent chair. Before joining Plant & Food Research, David gained experience in the dairy industry, where he held senior roles with the New Zealand Dairy Board and Fonterra. His career took him to various corners of the world, including New Zealand, the Middle East, Japan, USA, and Australia.
